Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
- Use AI tools for sourcing, screening, and recruitment support
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in HR and Recruitment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals
- Knowledge of using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
