Location & Work Mode: Remote India (target-based internship)
Role & Responsibilities
- Hit weekly and monthly sourcing and shortlist targets by proactively sourcing candidates across job boards and professional networks.
- Use Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage and qualify passive and active candidates for volume hiring roles.
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination: schedule interviews, prepare interview packs, capture feedback and update candidate status in the ATS.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline hygiene in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment CRMs; run regular data clean-ups and reports.
- Support offer-stage activities including reference checks, offer communication and candidate onboarding handoffs in coordination with HR stakeholders.
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare simple dashboards/reports (sourcing funnel, time-to-fill, conversion rates) to demonstrate target progress.

Qualifications (role-specific)
- Pursuing or recent graduate in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline.

- Strong written and verbal English; professional email and candidate-facing communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely across Indian time zones and collaborating with hiring teams virtually.
