Role
Talent Acquisition Intern (Remote, India) Target-based recruiter role focused on sourcing, engaging, and delivering qualified candidates across multiple hiring channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles: source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search to build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for multiple positions.
- Manage candidate tracking and updates in the ATS; maintain accurate intake notes, candidate status, and feedback loops with hiring managers.
- Hit recruiter targets by managing outbound outreach, follow-ups, and conversion metrics in a KPI-driven, target-based cadence.
- Coordinate and conduct initial screening calls and remote interviews using video platforms; summarize screening outcomes and recommend next steps.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and weekly reporting on sourcing metrics and pipeline health.
