Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support the end-to-end recruitment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within Paytm Money.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to identify potential candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (if applicable).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about talent acquisition processes.
