Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Gurugram Sector 65 (On-site)

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Stipend: Paid Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern who is interested in learning how hiring works in a fast-growing startup environment. You will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
• Reach out to potential candidates via calls, emails, and messages
• Screen profiles and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

What We're Looking For

• Good communication skills (calls, emails, and coordination)
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Basic familiarity with job platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) will be a plus
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn recruitment processes
