This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist with full life-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring efforts. They will collaborate with teams to implement employer branding initiatives and ensure a seamless candidate experience during recruitment. The role will also involve supporting administrative tasks related to recruiting and talent management.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and onboarding candidates
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting strategies to identify and engage top talent
• Experience or interest in Employer Branding to effectively communicate company culture and values
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for talent acquisition and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
