About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This role gives you hands-on experience in the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Find potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screening: Review resumes and applications, and run initial phone screens to check basic qualifications.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Pipeline Management: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with candidate statuses.
• Candidate Communication: Answer applicant questions and give timely updates to ensure a positive experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate & communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding open jobs.
• Admin Support: Help with job postings, onboarding paperwork, and HR events
  
  

Work Experience

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently finished a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, good organization, and attention to detail.
• Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard ATS platforms.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced team
