At Intervue, we want to change how the world interviews forever. Intervue is an on-demand interview platform that streamlines hiring for roles by outsourcing live interviews with real professionals. It saves bandwidth, reduces time-to-hire, and enhances the interviewer experience, making it the trusted partner for companies seeking top talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will drive recruitment processes while partnering with hiring managers to secure top talent for our internal team, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closure. Daily activities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining accurate pipeline, scheduling interviews, closing the candidates on call,cCollaboration with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Outreach & Engagement: Call and connect with candidates, assess their suitability for various roles, and pitch Intervue's opportunities effectively.
  • Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensure panel availability, and provide timely reminders.
  • Follow-Ups & Candidate Experience: Maintain engagement with candidates, share updates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with hiring managers and multiple departments (Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to understand requirements and prioritize hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Operations: Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports in Excel/Google Sheets with complete accuracy. Support job postings, resume screening, and shortlisting.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing quality, and candidate experience.

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, reporting).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good with follow-ups.
  • Quick learner with an eagerness to explore HR tech tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
  • Prior internship/experience in HR or recruitment is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable with making calls from their own device.

NOTE:

  • Role is heavy on calling

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 months (further extension based on performance)

Timings: 11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday

Stipend: 10k/- per month
