Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles (job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring status.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0-1 years) as a recruiter, HR executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for people and talent acquisition.
