About the Role :As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier candidates across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.You'll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Paytm etc.to establish, nurture,and grow business across categories & territories. What will you do :Assist the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day hiring activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Screen profiles to match requirements and shortlist potential candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with candidates during the interview process.
Manage stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth interview processes.
Support in documentation and maintaining candidate databases.
Assist in tracking progress of open positions and sharing updates with the team.
What you will need :Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders effectively.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (preferred).
Attention to detail and organisational skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the hiring function.
