Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and a chance to work closely with an experienced HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Source high-quality candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic HR discussions
  • Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and ensure seamless candidate experience
  • Manage and optimize job postings across platforms
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Keka Hiro) and ensure process hygiene
  • Support pipeline building for priority roles (DevOps, Sales, FDE, etc.
  • Assist in preparing hiring dashboards and weekly recruitment report
  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing efficiency and reduce TAT

Requirement

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • High ownership and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Comfortable with cold calling and candidate outreach
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel & basic reporting
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
