Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage interview logistics, including calendar invites, meeting links, and stakeholder communication.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain dashboards to support hiring decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment channels is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and HR analytics is an added advantage
