Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Intern to support our campus hiring initiatives and recruitment operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, employer branding support, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support campus hiring initiatives, including coordination with colleges, placement teams, and candidates
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment trackers
- Prepare basic recruitment and hiring status reports
- Create and support presentations (PPTs) for hiring updates and campus engagement
- Assist with photo and video editing for employer branding, hiring campaigns, and campus communications
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Education Qualification
- MBA (HR or equivalent) – Mandatory
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to create impactful presentations
- Basic photo and video editing skills (tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar preferred)
- Good understanding or interest in recruitment and campus hiring
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
