We're looking for a
Growth Executive who can turn ideas into high-impact, shareable content and drive organic growth. You'll own the content engine—from spotting viral trends and crafting compelling narratives to distributing across platforms and converting attention into leads. If you've built and scaled audience engagement before, this role is for you.
The Execution: Your Core Mandate
- Virality Engineering: Identify trending patterns, psychological triggers, and platform-specific hooks to create content that people feel compelled to share.
- Content Architecture: Script and produce high-leverage assets—from stop-the-scroll LinkedIn threads and Twitter/X essays to viral short-form video hooks.
- Multi-Channel Distribution: Master the art of Guerrilla Distribution. You will ensure our content isn't just posted, but seen, by infiltrating relevant communities (Reddit, Discord, Niche Newsletters, and Telegram).
- Lead Magnet Creation: Design and launch creative value bombs (e.g., cheatsheets, templates, or mini-reports) that drive massive organic lead generation.
- Rapid Iteration: Analyze why a piece of content flopped or flew. Use data to double down on winning formats within 24 hours.
Who You Are (The Persona)
- The Attention Specialist: You are obsessed with why things go viral. You understand the difference between good content and shareable content.
- A Proven Creator: You have a Proof of Work. Whether it's a personal YouTube channel, a Twitter account with high engagement, or a viral LinkedIn post—you have successfully captured attention before.
- Creatively Direct: You can take complex educational concepts from IITs/IIMs and translate them into snackable, high-impact content without losing the brand's prestige.
- Deeply Digital: You live on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. You know the algorithms, the memes, and the influential voices in the Indian professional space.
Requirements
- Portfolio (Mandatory): Link to a project, social media account, or content piece where you drove significant engagement or virality.
- Toolbox: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut/Premiere (basic editing), and AI-assisted creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney).
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills. You must be able to write in a way that sounds human, not corporate.
