Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and talent relationship management. This role provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit.
- Maintain and update candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs & job requirements.
- Manage job postings across social media and recruitment platforms.
- Support onboarding, documentation & HR operations activities.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and ensure smooth communication at all stages.
- Support employer branding, recruitment drives, and hiring events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / BBA / Graduate in HR or related field (Freshers / recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment process and HR concepts.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
