Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for internal recruiter positions
- Sourcing profiles through job portals, social platforms, referrals & professional networks
- Screening, interviewing & evaluating candidates as per role-fitment
- Coordinating recruitment operations, follow-ups, and documentation
- Supporting employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Experience with sourcing, screening & interview coordination
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & multitasking ability
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad
