Job Description:
Role: Talent Acquisition
Exp: 1 to 3 yrs
We are seeking a skilled **Talent Acquisition Professional** to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on **IT and contractual hiring**. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent to meet our organizational needs
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure smooth hiring coordination.
* Conduct interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
* Lead offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure timely closures.
* Maintain and update the **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)** with accurate and detailed records.
* Ensure proactive communication with candidates and internal teams.
* Achieve hiring targets in a **fast-paced and high-pressure** environment.
Requirements
* Experience in IT and contractual hiring.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume hiring.
* Proactive, fast learner, and open to adopting new hiring tools and strategies.
* Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
* **Availability for communication 247** when required for critical hiring.
* **Working Days:** Monday to Friday, and **1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays**.
