Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche technical and digital roles such as WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Digital Marketing, SEO, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, MERN Stack Developers, and AI Automation Experts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired skill sets, and team expectations.
- Utilise advanced sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and communication abilities.
- Coordinate the entire interview process, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
- Stay informed about the latest hiring trends, technologies, and compensation benchmarks across AI and tech sectors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 12 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in technical or digital roles).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong organisational ability to manage multiple roles and global time zones.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
