.Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers across various roles and industries. The Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and align recruitment strategies with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, using job portals and social media platforms, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining recruitment reports, adhering to hiring timelines, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote organizational culture and opportunities to potential candidates.
• Exposure to IT Recruitment or specialized hiring domains, with the ability to understand technical roles and requirements.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in staffing or consulting environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
