About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Pune team. This role is strictly for professionals who have worked exclusively in Talent Acquisition and have built a strong candidate network across roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities
  • Leverage your existing candidate network to close positions faster
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and personal network
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through initial HR discussions
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback
  • Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process discipline
  • Build and continuously strengthen talent pipelines

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 23 years of experience purely in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (non-negotiable)
  • Strong personal candidate network and ability to generate quick closures
  • Proven track record of closing positions independently
  • Experience working in a fast-paced / startup environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for sales, operations, or field roles
  • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
