About The Role
To build and optimize a
data-driven talent acquisition and evaluation system that ensures accurate hiring, strong role-fit, and scalable performance frameworks across the employee lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and translate hiring needs into clear role success profiles
- Design competency frameworks and behavioural maps across roles and levels
- Create structured screening criteria, knockout rules, and evaluation models
- Develop and deploy role-based assessments (MCQs, case studies, interviews, work samples)
- Drive end-to-end recruitment with a focus on quality and fit, not just closures
- Build data-driven hiring processes and continuously improve selection accuracy
- Track hiring outcomes (performance, retention) to refine evaluation frameworks
- Ensure fair, unbiased, and scalable talent systems as the organisation grows
Skills And Experience Required
- Min 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Understanding of Behavioural Science / Organisational Psychology (or strong learning inclination)
- Analytical thinking and system-building mindset
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Understanding of talent evaluation and performance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- High ownership with a go-getter attitude
- Strong learning agility and curiosity
