Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Intake, JD finalization, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handoff.
  • BIM talent sourcing: Build and nurture talent pipelines for BIM roles (Architecture, Structure, MEP; LOD concepts; 3D/4D/5D), covering tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and coordination workflows (e.g., clash detection, model federation).
  • Proactive sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, internal ATS, referrals, niche communities (e.g., BIM forums, GitHub/portfolios, local AEC groups, campus/alumni networks).
  • Screening & assessment: Evaluate candidates for:
  • Tool proficiency (Revit families, Navisworks Manage/Simulate, AutoCAD basics)
  • Coordination experience (clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, RFI handling).
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with Hiring Managers/Project Leads to calibrate profiles, structure interviews, and ensure high-quality, data-driven decisions.
  • Offer & closing: Conduct compensation benchmarking, negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Data & compliance: Maintain structured pipelines, update ATS accurately, publish weekly dashboards (TAT, funnel metrics, source effectiveness, drop-off reasons), and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Employer branding: Curate BIM project success stories, run targeted outreach campaigns, host/attend BIM meetups and career events.
  • Process improvement: Standardize role rubrics, interview kits, skill matrices, and onboarding feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • 24 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience with significant BIM/AEC hiring exposure.
  • Strong understanding of BIM roles, tools, workflows, and deliverables (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; clash detection; BEP; LOD).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Proven ability to assess portfolios (e.g., Revit models, clash reports) and validate technical proficiency with hiring panels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment analytics and reporting (Excel/Sheets/ATS reports).
