About the Role:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can streamline recruitment operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality candidate flow across hiring channels. Hands-on experience with job posting and sourcing through major job portals is a must.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Sourcing & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
- Post jobs, optimize listings, and manage sourcing pipelines across:
- LinkedIn , Naukri , Instahyre , Indeed , Apna & Other relevant hiring channels
- Actively source high-quality profiles using Boolean search, filters, and job portal insights.
- Drive high-volume, high-quality lead flow for different hiring categories.
- Track sourcing performance and continuously improve lead quality.
Qualifications:-
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations.
- Strong understanding of Lead Sourcing (coordination, escalations, SLAs, performance tracking)
- Proven experience with job postings across Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, Apna, etc.
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- EdTech / High-volume hiring experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment funnel metrics.
