About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in retail industry hiring for non-store functions. This role will focus on building high-quality talent pipelines for corporate and business-facing teams that enable retail growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-store functions within the retail ecosystem
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs aligned with business goals and expansion plans
  • Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and networking
  • Evaluate candidates on functional capability, business understanding, and cultural fit
  • Ensure timely closures with a strong focus on quality of hire
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress
  • Lead offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and generate actionable hiring insights
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with mandatory exposure to retail industry hiring (non-store)
  • Strong understanding of retail business functions and operating models
  • Proven ability to hire for corporate / head office roles within retail, D2C, or consumer brands
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with strong tracking and reporting capabilities
