Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles for internal and client requirements.

Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, and fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Conduct follow-ups with candidates and ensure smooth interview-to-offer process.

Support offer negotiations and final closures.

Meet assigned hiring targets and ensure timely position closures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any related field.

1–3 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
