Job Description

Talent Sourcing and Attraction

  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

Hiring Strategy Alignment

  • Work closely with department heads and HR leadership to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

ATS and HR Software Utilization

  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software to streamline recruitment processes, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate records.

Candidate Experience Management

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining timely communication and professional interactions.
