About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage the full hiring lifecycle i.e. from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions.
- Campus hiring from top Business & Engineering Colleges.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate for further interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and support recruitment marketing efforts.
- Coordinate for documents required for offer negotiation and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Any graduate, preferred MBA HR.
- Work Experience 2 to 5 years.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience of hiring in the metal industry will be an added advantage.
