This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will focus on managing the recruitment lifecycle, including identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams on employer branding, sourcing candidates for IT recruitment, and maintaining effective communication with hiring managers to fulfill organizational talent needs.

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment processes
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and candidates
• Experience in Employer Branding initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in HR or recruitment roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
