Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while delivering a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements through detailed role-briefing discussions with stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure timely joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation.
- Support onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and basic ATS tools.

Qualification:
- Postgraduate in HR or a related field.

- Corporate / Retail / IT / E-commerce environments.
