Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Interview scheduling
- Understand the requirements in detail
- Prepare the JD as per the template of the company
- Sourcing: Use different sourcing techniques to hire skilled resources. Be well-versed with the usage of various job portals and the use of social media platforms for hiring
- Screening: Responsible for evaluating the candidate on Fitment, Skills, and behavior before sharing it for further processing.
- Interview: Implement effective interviewing techniques, Schedule and follow up with the interview schedule candidates.
- Selection and Documentation: Follow up with the candidates once they are selected for the role, and gather the needed information and documents.
- Offer and Joining Follow-up: Follow up with the client for the offer letter and the candidate for accepting and joining.
- Responsible for reducing the recruitment cycle time by hiring suitable candidates with shorter notice periods, etc.
- Should build long-term working relations with external companies and leverage performance to get more requisitions from companies.
