Job Description

Kapiva is recruiting a Talent Acquisition with 2+ years core experience in Talent acquisition, campus recruitment.

The primary scope of this role would be to connect high quality talent to opportunities at Kapiva fueling business growth and building a talent dense organization. The person will be responsible for institutionalizing strong hiring processes and own end to end hiring solutions.

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end volume hiring across Offline sales & CS from sourcing and screening to selection and offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to plan and execute large-scale hiring drives aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and campus or walk-in drives.
  • Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining quality of hire and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics to identify gaps and improve process efficiency.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices in the Consumer Retail space.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in volume or bulk hiring, preferably in a fast-paced startup or consumer-facing organization.
  • Strong sourcing, coordination, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using ATS tools, job boards, and Excel-based reports.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight timelines.
