Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, expertise in recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple requirements within tight timelines.
Experience: 1 3 Years
Location: Bangalore
Mode of Work : Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Source candidates using platforms like Cutshort, Instahyre, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri.
- Apply Boolean search techniques and source passive candidates effectively.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage offer follow-ups.
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting strict TATs.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
- Mandatory: 1 Round Face-to-Face interview.
Requirements:
- Experience: 13 years in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Immediate joiners preferred (or within 15 days).
