We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates fit for the role.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
