Role Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end‑to‑end hiring for multiple business units. The role requires strong sourcing capability, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage volume hiring as well as niche lateral roles while maintaining speed and quality.
This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who wants deep exposure to real-world recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Drive bulk, lateral, and niche hiring across business units as per workforce plans
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, vendors, and campus programs
- Conduct HR screening calls to assess candidate fit, motivation, and role alignment
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and interview panels to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and close positions
- Track and manage hiring metrics such as TAT, conversion ratios, offer-to-joining, and drop-offs
- Maintain accurate and real-time data on ATS and recruitment trackers
- Ensure positive candidate experience across all recruitment stages
- Support onboarding coordination, documentation follow-ups, and joining readiness
Must-Have Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS platforms
- Understanding of recruitment metrics (TAT, funnel conversion, drop-offs)
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring along with niche roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- High ownership, execution focus, and comfort working with targets
Job Requirements
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Exposure to end-to-end hiring (preferred over only sourcing roles)
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (trackers, basic analysis)
- MS PowerPoint for reports, hiring updates, and presentations
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong command over English communication
- Ability to interact confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors
