Rocket Deals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR associate to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our finance operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, handling hiring documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding as per the company's recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases
- Support onboarding activities and ensure process compliance
- Assist with other HR and hiring-related operational tasks
