Role Overview:
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for our sales and operations teams. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring quality candidates are hired within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire candidates in bulk for telecalling, operations, and sales roles.
- Manage job postings, databases, and vendor partners for effective hiring.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Ensure weekly and monthly joining targets are met.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring (preferably in BPO, telesales, or similar industries).
- Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on targets.
