Social Media Trainee

About the Role:

We are building an anime IP from scratch — and documenting the entire journey publicly. This is not a typical social media role. You will help us build India's next big anime in public. From script to screen, from chaos to creation — your job is to turn the real journey of building a studio into compelling content for social media.

Objective:

To build an authentic, high-engagement Instagram page that captures:

• The creative process

• Behind-the-scenes moments

• Struggles, failures, and wins

• The reality of building an anime IP The page should feel like:

Follow us as we build India's next big anime.

Responsibilities:

• Content Ideation

• Content Shoot

• Account Management & Growth

• Adapt trends into the anime/studio journey

• Engage with audience (comments, basic DMs)

• Monthly Planning & Reporting

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing

• Prior experience in Media & Entertainment, Gaming, Fashion, or Beauty industry will be preferred

Tenure:

• 1 Year Contractual Role – Subject to extension basis performance
