Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Delhi, India. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases. The role involves developing and implementing strong employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure best-fit talent is placed in open positions, with a focus on IT recruitment and other company-specific domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience [0-2] years and expertise in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and experience implementing them successfully
• Experience in IT Recruitment and technical role hiring processes
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Previous experience in the building material industry is a plus
