Role Overview

GemPundit is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end corporate hiring across Tech, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Strategy & Business roles.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, and the ability to close high-quality talent in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles (from sourcing to offer closure)
  • Partner closely with business leaders & hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and talent mapping
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for quality, role-fit, and cultural alignment
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiations
  • Ensure TAT adherence, pipeline health, and hiring funnel efficiency
  • Maintain accurate data and reports on ATS / trackers
  • Support employer branding efforts and improve candidate experience
  • Work in a high-ownership, fast-moving startup environment

What we are Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in non-tech / corporate hiring
  • Strong exposure to hiring across multiple functions (Tech, Product, Marketing, Finance, Ops, Strategy, Business)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing & Naukri search
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and close positions end-to-end
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and scale-up hiring
  • Startup / growth-stage experience preferred
