Role Description

Noguilt is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on-site in the Mohali district. The role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, creating and implementing recruiting strategies, and assisting in building a strong employer brand. The Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with various teams to understand hiring requirements, source potential candidates, screen and shortlist applicants, and support a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bulk Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment
• Proven ability in developing and promoting Employer Branding initiatives
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and candidate engagement
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and industry best practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in talent acquisition within the health or wellness industry is a plus
