Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across functions, ensuring timely closure of positions with high-quality talent. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and delivering a smooth candidate experience while aligning with business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across sales, advisory, operations, and support functions
- Understand hiring requirements clearly by working closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, databases, and direct sourcing
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to drive closures
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and documentation
- Track and maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining follow-ups
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in corporate or consultancy recruitment
- Experience hiring for sales, BFSI, or advisory roles is a plus
