Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across functions, ensuring timely closure of positions with high-quality talent. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and delivering a smooth candidate experience while aligning with business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across sales, advisory, operations, and support functions
  • Understand hiring requirements clearly by working closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, databases, and direct sourcing
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to drive closures
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and documentation
  • Track and maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in corporate or consultancy recruitment
  • Experience hiring for sales, BFSI, or advisory roles is a plus
