Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understanding hiring requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Updating recruitment trackers and maintaining candidate records.
- Following up with candidates till successful joining.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Location: Kalyan
Key Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
