Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Understanding hiring requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Updating recruitment trackers and maintaining candidate records.
  • Following up with candidates till successful joining.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Experience:

Minimum 6 months experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Location: Kalyan

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
