Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at WLDD, you'll be at the heart of how we build great teams. This isn't a routine hiring role it's about designing smarter systems, running creative searches, and shaping WLDD's people engine. You'll own the full hiring cycle across roles, leverage automation to make processes faster and sharper, and help tell our story to the world through employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Ownership

  • Manage end-to-end hiring from intake brief to final closure across multiple roles and verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and niche channels.

Strategy & Process

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, culture fits, and success metrics.
  • Streamline and automate recruitment processes improving data hygiene, dashboards, and feedback loops.
  • Use tools like Google Sheets, GPT, and ATS platforms to drive smarter workflows and reporting.

Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to build WLDD's talent brand through storytelling, culture posts, and hiring content.
  • Stay ahead of hiring trends, cultural shifts, and industry benchmarks.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in startups or creative agencies).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, GPT-based tools, and ATS systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Creative approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting.
  • Interest in automation, analytics, and process design.
