• Minimum Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in non-IT hiring.
• Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented: Skilled in creating and posting detailed and accurate job descriptions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates.

What's the Role

• Making Job Descriptions: Draft clear and detailed job descriptions tailored to specific roles and requirements.
• Job Posting: Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Screening Resumes: Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Shortlisting Candidates: Shortlist potential candidates for further evaluation based on initial screening.
• Candidate Outreach: Contact candidates through phone calls and emails to discuss job opportunities and schedule interviews.
• Conducting Interviews: Perform preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role.
• Managing Multiple Positions: Efficiently prioritize multiple job openings to ensure timely recruitment.
• Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and update them on the recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
