- Minimum Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in non-IT hiring.
- Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented: Skilled in creating and posting detailed and accurate job descriptions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates.
What's the Role
- Making Job Descriptions: Draft clear and detailed job descriptions tailored to specific roles and requirements.
- Job Posting: Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Screening Resumes: Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Shortlisting Candidates: Shortlist potential candidates for further evaluation based on initial screening.
- Candidate Outreach: Contact candidates through phone calls and emails to discuss job opportunities and schedule interviews.
- Conducting Interviews: Perform preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role.
- Managing Multiple Positions: Efficiently prioritize multiple job openings to ensure timely recruitment.
- Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and update them on the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
