Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidate pools.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
