Position Overview We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across multiple business functions.
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Head Office, Factory, Field Sales and Depot positions across India and Nepal. Prepare Job Descriptions and understand manpower requirements. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Facebook, referrals, consultants and networking. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts. Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely closures.
Business Partnering Partner with Department Heads on workforce planning. Support quarterly and annual hiring plans. Provide hiring market insights.
HR Analytics MIS Maintain recruitment trackers and HR MIS. Generate reports on open positions, offers, joiners, hiring pipeline and attrition. Present recruitment insights to leadership.
HR Operations Support onboarding documentation and salary structures. Maintain recruitment records and compliance. Employee Engagement Coordinate festivals, birthday celebrations, annual picnic and employee engagement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment. Graduate in any discipline. Experience hiring Corporate, Sales, Factory or Operations roles. Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
