Role- Talent Acquisition Executive
Location- Andheri, Mumbai (On Site)
Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring
top talent for various IT and non-IT roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the company's hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates suitability for the role.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidates efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in IT and non-IT roles.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Staffing or agency experience is a plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
