Experience And Qualification
- Must hold a bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource or Information Technology or in related fields
- 6 months to 2.5 years of maximum experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in client handling and stakeholder management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and candidates.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best hiring practices.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Hirect, Internshala, etc.).
- Basic understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and methodologies (Java, C++, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
