Job Description

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaborating with hiring managers and coordinating onboarding. This role requires a keen understanding of hiring best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Talent Sourcing: Use various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract candidates who align with our company culture and values.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define hiring requirements, and develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, representing the company's values and employer brand.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to keep recruitment strategies competitive.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
