Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key roles within the business unit.
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Manage 12–15 requisitions simultaneously, with potential to take on more as business needs dictate.
  • Review candidate profiles, screen resumes, and update candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct thorough prescreening of all prospects before presenting them to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate closely with hiring teams and Recruiting Coordinators to guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Extend offers to candidates in coordination with career advocates and hiring managers.
